These terms apply to Homeworks.ca, operated by Sphere Media Inc.

Requests and independent providers

The website helps you describe a job and request a review or an agreed introduction to an independent provider. Submitting a request does not book work, create a service contract, guarantee coverage or establish a price. A receipt confirms the request was recorded; it does not confirm that a provider has accepted it.

Where you consent to an introduction, the provider contacts you to discuss scope, availability and a quote. Providers perform work under their own terms and are responsible for their services. Agree on the price, scheduling, insurance, cancellation arrangements and any warranties with the provider before work starts. Sphere Media Inc. does not perform or guarantee a provider’s work merely by operating this website.

Professional pilot

Professionals are our customers for paid lead opportunities. Applying is an expression of interest, not acceptance into the network, a purchase or authorisation to charge. Any purchase requires separately agreed pricing and commercial terms. A lead is an opportunity to discuss a job, not a guaranteed contract, income or volume of work. Payment does not replace homeowner consent or authorise resale of their information.

Your information and choices

Provide accurate details and only share information you are entitled to provide. Our privacy policy explains request handling and optional Google Analytics. Analytics requires a separate opt-in; using the site or agreeing to these terms does not grant that consent. You can decline or change your choice without losing access to the request form.

Acceptable use and content

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit malicious code, impersonate others, attempt unauthorised access or abuse the request forms. Website materials belong to Sphere Media Inc. or their respective owners. You may browse and share links; commercial reuse requires the relevant owner’s permission.

Paid introductions and further sharing

With your express agreement, we may sell introductions and share your request and contact details with up to three suitable independent providers about this job, including later introductions if earlier providers do not arrange the work. A job summary without contact details or an exact address may be offered to several providers. You can stop further sharing by emailing info@spheremedia.com. Older requests retain their original consent limits unless you agree to a change. Providers must not resell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Availability and responsibility

Information and availability may change. We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Confirm job details directly with a provider before relying on a service offer. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded and do not replace a separate agreement you make with a provider.

Changes and contact
